These terms apply to every client who accepts a proposal, pays for or subscribes to any of our services. You accept them by approving a proposal, paying or signing up.
2. Services and scope
Each service tier includes what is listed on the Pricing page or in your proposal. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately before we start.
3. Fees and payment
- All plans are prepaid.
- Prices are in IQD and USD at one fixed exchange rate, reviewed every quarter.
- Payment methods: bank transfer, cash, Zain Cash, FIB, Qi Card, and card for USD clients.
- 10% off when prepaying 6 months and 15% for 12 months.
4. Ad spend and message fees
Ad budgets are paid through Smart Media with no markup. WhatsApp, SMS, Viber and Telegram message fees are charged at cost plus 20%.
5. Term and cancellation
Subscriptions are monthly and prepaid. You can cancel anytime, and the plan will not renew after the paid period ends. Refund details are in the Refund Policy.
6. Client responsibilities
- Approve content and designs on the agreed timeline.
- Provide accurate information about the business, products and prices.
- Hold the rights to any content, logos or images you send us.
7. Ownership
After full payment, the designs, content and websites we made for you are yours. Ad accounts and pages stay in your name, and we receive management access only.
8. Results
We commit to the work and to transparent reporting, but we do not guarantee specific sales or rankings, because platforms and markets change.
9. Platform rules
Both we and the client follow Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google and WhatsApp policies. We may refuse content that breaks them or Iraqi law.
10. Confidentiality and case studies
We keep your business information confidential. We only publish your name or results as a case study with your written permission.
11. Limitation of liability and governing law
Our liability in any case is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 3 months. These terms are governed by Iraqi law, and Iraqi courts handle any dispute.
